Restore a purchase on a new device

Open the settings gear on any screen, then tap “Restore purchase”. You will be asked the parental gate question first. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so make sure the device is signed in to the same account that made it.

Change the language

Open the settings gear and pick one of the four languages. The change is instant — the game does not need restarting. On first launch the game picks your device language automatically, falling back to English.

Turn the music or sound effects off

Settings has two separate volume controls: one for background music, one for sound effects. Either can be set to silent without affecting the other. The game also respects the device silent switch.

The cube lands on the wrong square

Touches are tested against the top of each stack, not the floor of the workbench, so tapping the top of a three-cube tower adds to that tower rather than to the square underneath it. If a square is hidden behind cubes, rotate the workbench a quarter turn with the arrow button and it comes into reach.

Progress disappeared

Progress is stored on the device and is deleted when the app is deleted. It is also reset when the level campaign itself changes in an update, because old records would otherwise attach to the wrong levels. Unlocked levels are never lost — the purchase is restored separately.

A level looks impossible

Every level is verified by a solver before shipping, so it can always be solved. If a level seems impossible, the usual reason is a card being read as a stack of floors rather than a direction: each card is one view of one face, and its shape matches the face it describes. Check the coloured frame — it is the colour of the workbench edge that view is taken from.

Tell us the level number, the device, and what you expected to happen. That is almost always enough for us to reproduce it.
