Restore a purchase on a new device
Open the settings signal on any screen, then tap “Restore purchase”. You will be asked the parental gate question first. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so make sure the device is signed in to the same account that made it.
Change the language
Open settings and pick one of the four languages. The change is instant — the game does not need restarting. On first launch the game picks your device language automatically, falling back to English.
Turn the music or sound effects off
Settings has two separate volume controls: one for background music, one for sound effects. Either can be set to silent without affecting the other. The game also respects the device silent switch.
The piece will not go where I tap
A piece only goes into a gap — the dashed stretches of track — and only if that kind is still left in the tray. When a placement is refused the device gives a short buzz and nothing moves, with no sound: a refused move is not a mistake worth announcing. Check the tray, or tap a piece you already placed to take it back.
Two trains stopped and nothing moves
They reached the same piece on the same turn, and neither has right of way — that is the rule the whole game is built on. Make one of them arrive a turn later: put a loop piece somewhere on its lap, or send it the other way with a switch.
The switch does not seem to do anything
It always does, but only where the train has a real choice. The branch the train will not take carries a striped barrier and the open branch is clear; a green arrow points where the next train will go. If both branches lead the same way in that level, the level would not have shipped — every switch in the game changes something.
Progress disappeared
Progress is stored on the device and is deleted when the app is deleted. It is also reset when the level campaign itself changes in an update, because old records would otherwise attach to the wrong levels. Unlocked levels are never lost — the purchase is restored separately.
A level looks impossible
Every level is verified by a solver before shipping, so it can always be solved — and the tray only ever holds pieces that level actually needs. If a level seems impossible, look at the lengths of the two laps rather than the gaps: a jam that keeps coming back is usually fixed by making one lap one turn longer.

Tell us the level number, the device, and what you expected to happen. That is almost always enough for us to reproduce it.
