Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the AlgoForKids app or this website. They are short on purpose.
The licence you get
AlgoForKids is licensed to you, not sold. You may install and use it on the Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, under the terms of Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
Purchases and refunds
The app is free to download and the first 10 levels are free to play. Unlocking the remaining levels is a single one-time purchase; there are no subscriptions and no other purchases.
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Apple is the merchant of record, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from us. We cannot issue or reverse a payment ourselves. If a purchase does not unlock what it should, write to us and we will help you get it working.
What you may not do
Please do not attempt to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its levels, artwork, sounds or code, except where the law explicitly permits it.
Children
The app is made for children, but the purchase decision belongs to an adult. The purchase screen sits behind a parental gate, and Apple’s own payment confirmation follows it. If a child in your care makes a purchase you did not intend, contact Apple Support to request a refund.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it correct — every level is machine-verified before release — but we cannot promise that it will be free of every defect or that it will run on every device configuration. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means the updated terms apply.
